The test value has changed with beam and sampling changes....fixed that in the test mvc with squint
Fix for CAS-14827
Removes assumption that the SENSITIVITY column in a GAIN_CURVE table
would allways have shape (2,N).
Adds a test based on the issue reported in CAS-14827.
