Fringefit now excludes antennas with too few visibilities to be usefully solved for in a solution interval
Plumbed the logger throught to the fringefit grid builder
Tweaked fringefitter to remove antennas that have almost no data in a solution interval
Changed the fringefit least-squares routine to use modified cholesky method for factoring matrix
Added a handler for gsl errors to FringeJones.cc
