Add test
Copy the solution for odd pixels that was found for Matrix Cleaner over to also apply to MultiTermMatrixCleaner.cc Validated on Cygnus A, scales=[0,1], nterms=1, cellsize = 1.6 arcsec (such that the bright termination lobes correspond to just a few pixels transversely, in this way we can test the effect of the code change without simply looking at the effects of extended emission)
Solved the problem for an odd number of pixels for Asp-CLEAN and MS-CLEAN. That is simply done by moving the slice for the beam subtraction up by one pixel. The problem does not exist for Hogbom. TBD: Verify that these fixes also fix the spectral versions and multiterm versions of the deconvolvers. -

For CAS-14763, in ZenithDelayJones::setApply(Record&), removed some unnecessary stuff.
For CAS-14763, added skeletal ZenithDelayJones class (ZenithDelayCal.{h,cc}) to eventually support application of zenith-angle dependent macroscopic delay calibration for VLBI, and make VisCalGlobals's SolvableVisCal factories aware of it. This requires further development for it to work.

This allows nterms=1 to run, which is mathematically consistent with
using hogbom clean via different internal machinery.
We will deprecate this usage mode at a future date, but this resolves
issues with running the pipeline in this mode. -

For cygnus A, the upspeed in the minor loop was almost an order of magnitude.

Enable forcing clock1 to be offset from clock0
Adds force_clock_corr_offset option that forces clock1 to be
the same as clock0 with an offset. -

Fix missing key error for flagged data
The cost function would try to index data that was none
existent because of the crappy handling of the reference
antenna list. It now avoids things for which there's no
dictionary entry.
Also, run black on the code. -

Support for correlation products
Uses both correlation products when deriving solutions.
Each has its own clock term. It also removes antennas
that had all their solutions flagged.
