CAS-14744: Support for additional data columnes weight, sigma and sigma_spectrum
Additionally, the parameter interface has been refactored:
- the datacolumn parameter has been removed. Its possible values
(data, corrected, model ) are now valid inputs for the axis parameter
- the new operator parameter is now used to select the complex component
in case axis is a complex value. Valid options are amp, phase, real, imag
- the axis paramater also allows weight, sigma, sigma_spectrum
