CAS-14540: Use ICRS as default reference frame in importfitsidi
Use ICRS as the default reference frame and interpret FITS-IDI
data that has the epoch/equinox set to J2000 as using ICRS as well.
Add a new coordframe option to the task to allow the user to
override the default. -

CAS-13324: Minor XML change to trigger build
Removed a whitespace in the XML to trigger a rebuild of CASA docs. The current
documentation branch does not reflect the XML file on the code branch,

CAS-13324 : Fix bug with annulus flagging method
There was a serious bug where the annular rings were calculated in units of px
but were being applied to a UVgrid in metres. This has now been fixed, and
everything is being done in m.
An issue with compiling a numba function within a class has also been fixed -
the `apply_flags` function is now a @staticmethod. -

CAS-13324: Add function to accumulate across channels
Naive accumulation across channels to generate a "continuum" grid even when the
input MS has multiple channels. The radial profile is calculated on this grid
prior to flagging. -

CAS-13324: msuvbin pipes are in place
It works end-to-end with multiple channels and polarizations without barfing,
tested on a few different datasets. It still seems to overflag substantially,
with all the data disappearing after a couple of iterations of flagging. This
should not be happening, and needs some further work. -
