Updated test_testconcat to use the casatestdata repository. The changes are made in a way that they should not cause conflict when CAS-13085 is merged later. Both casa5 and casa6 files are in sync.
Sync casa5 test
No code change. Changed comments that referred to old regression data.
Updated both casa5 and casa6 versions of test_uvcontsub3.py to use the casatestdata repository. The data is stored in casatestdata/unittest/uvcontsub because uvcontsub3 will be deprecated after the new uvcontsub is implemented in 6.4+.
