  PIPE-3282: improve findroi frequency planning for flagged EBs and multiple field names
  - Allow sources with multiple field names to retain their unpruned frequency axis in _process_spw rather than being skipped.
  - Filter candidate EBs against usable_vis_list when determining theLSRK frequency plan so fully flagged EBs do not constrain the common channel intersection.
