  PIPE-3250: Fix SubMS metadata scoping and spw translation in selfcal
  - Add SubMS.fields and SubMS.sources properties to restrict metadata scope to the target slice, preventing cross-source field leakage.
  - Guard ObservingRun.get_real_spwsel against empty and whitespace-only spw selections.
  - Safeguard ContFileHandler against missing SPWs in advisechansel and empty spw strings.
  - Prevent unintended full-field flagging in selfcal._flag_lines when line selection is empty.
  - Defensively access taskname via getattr in SkyDisplay for robust weblog rendering.
  - Add unit tests covering SubMS properties, spw translation edge cases, and empty continuum selections.
