  PIPE-3250: Fix representative SPW resolution and SubMS spectral window handling in findcont
  - Support `None` and non-integer inputs safely in `SubMS.get_spectral_window()`, returning `None` to match `MeasurementSet` semantics.
  - Unwrap `ref_ms` to `parent_ms` in `hif_findcont` for representative source, representative SPW, and `science_goals` lookup across SPW-partitioned slices.
  - Guard against `None` representative SPW objects when computing `reprBW_nbin` and support SubMS real SPW IDs in `is_repsource` check.
  - Unwrap `ref_ms` to `parent_ms` in `hif_makeimlist` when calculating representative SPW channel bandwidth for PI cube imaging.
  - Add unit tests in `subms_test.py` covering `SubMS.get_spectral_window()` with `None` and invalid SPW IDs.
