PIPE-3252: update DataType reduction and restore workflows
Document ALMA and VLA reduction lifecycles and self-cal restore workflows with consolidated data nodes, line target application, and responsive Mermaid rendering.
- datatypes.md: add side-by-side ALMA and VLA lifecycles, clarify self-cal restore sequence, and fix Sphinx refs.
- furo_layout.js: support responsive container scaling for wide multi-column diagrams.
- conf.py: bump mermaid_version to 12.2.0.
PIPE-3252: refine datatype doc and diagram layout
- Add API cross-references and prerequisite notes for `CORRECTED_DATA` initialization to the DataType reference documentation.
- Disable the unused ELK layout engine to reduce page bundle size.
- Update Mermaid container styling and dynamic aspect-ratio scaling to prevent Gantt chart horizontal collapse while bounding tall flowcharts.
