  PIPE-2949: use first ms for field/spw lookups
  Switch from inp.vis[-1] to inp.vis[0] for reference MS, which follows convention in other related tasks.

  PIPE-2949: resolve spw name to virtual ID and populate target vis in `editimlist`
  - Resolve SPW names and center frequencies to virtual SPW IDs via `real2virtual_spw_id` in `hif_editimlist`.
  - Populate imlist_entry['vis'] for all imaging modes so downstream `hif_makeimages`/`tclean` receives the expected MS list.
  - Normalize vislist and guard reference MS resolution in editimlist.
  - Add fallback in CleanTaskFactory to use image_heuristics.vislist if target['vis'] is unset.
