  PIPE-3258: preserve list type in refant fallback and align testBPdcals
  Use list slicing instead of `np.delete` for refant fallback, clean up delay caltables on retry in testBPdcals, and streamline docstrings.

  PIPE-3258: fix reference antenna fallback and caltable cleanup in `hifv_semiFinalBPdcals`
  Propagate the updated reference antenna list in the delaycal retry loop, clean up preexisting delay caltables, and guard against empty antenna lists.
