PIPE-3074: Add `imagename_prefix` to cutout and RMS ImageItems
Extend `imagename_prefix` propagation to derived image products (cutouts and RMS images) for consistency with main imaging products.
PIPE-3074: Propagate `imagename_prefix` through `ImageItem` for per-EB products
Move EB UID handling from inline extraction to `ImageItem` attribute for
cleaner implementation while still allowing proper deduplication of check sources from
different EBs while maintaining PIPE-2465 Stokes filtering logic.
