Add test
Copy the solution for odd pixels that was found for Matrix Cleaner over to also apply to MultiTermMatrixCleaner.cc Validated on Cygnus A, scales=[0,1], nterms=1, cellsize = 1.6 arcsec (such that the bright termination lobes correspond to just a few pixels transversely, in this way we can test the effect of the code change without simply looking at the effects of extended emission)
Solved the problem for an odd number of pixels for Asp-CLEAN and MS-CLEAN. That is simply done by moving the slice for the beam subtraction up by one pixel. The problem does not exist for Hogbom. TBD: Verify that these fixes also fix the spectral versions and multiterm versions of the deconvolvers. -

CAS-14825 : Remove traps for nterms < 2 and MT-MFS
This allows nterms=1 to run, which is mathematically consistent with
using hogbom clean via different internal machinery.
We will deprecate this usage mode at a future date, but this resolves
issues with running the pipeline in this mode. -

Main bottleneck is binaryDilation computation. This part of the code has been accelerated now, by: 1.) Remove IPosition constructions from inner loop 2.) Use direct storage pointers 3.) Precompute structure offsets 4.) Return changed from BinaryDilationCore 5.) Remove the full image check in BinaryDilation() 6.) Avoid extra full-plane scans
This new version still needs to get validied solidly. -

For CAS-14694: In SolvableVisCal::setSimulate, for simulation of DJones only, short-circuit VI major and minor iteration over the MS so that instrumental polarization is neither time- nor (for mosaic sims) field-dependent. This breaks 'testSky_intLeak' in test_task_simobserve.py. NB: this is not yet a complete polarimetry simulation because parang is not yet treated.
CAS-14694: update simobserve task built-in help for leakage parameter

Copy the solution for odd pixels that was found for Matrix Cleaner over to also apply to MultiTermMatrixCleaner.cc Validated on Cygnus A, scales=[0,1], nterms=1, cellsize = 1.6 arcsec (such that the bright termination lobes correspond to just a few pixels transversely, in this way we can test the effect of the code change without simply looking at the effects of extended emission)
