PIPE-2738: Improve docs UI - fix labels, add mermaid reset button
- Set autosectionlabel_prefix_document=True to resolve duplicate
section label warnings across documents
- Remove redundant local TOC from interface.rst (Furo sidebar suffices)
- Add reset-zoom button (↺) to all mermaid diagrams; button appears
on hover, resets d3-zoom transform to identity on click
- Add supporting CSS for mermaid zoom wrapper and reset button styling |
