  PIPE-3009: Update documentation and dependencies for Python 3.12+ compatibility
  - Migrate GitHub Copilot instructions to reflect Python 3.12+ standards.
  - Update environment configuration to use Python 3.12 in `environment_vlass2026.yml`.
  - Modify `requirements.txt` to target CASA >= 6.7.1 with Python 3.12+.
  - Adjust `pyproject.toml` to require Python 3.12 and update classifiers.
  - Revise Dockerfile instructions in `container.md` for improved clarity.
