Don't count a runtime shorter than expected as a failure. CAS-13832 fix ordering of names in beam values dictionaries, don't use on-axis values that aren't currently passing CAS-13832 update vlass tests v1.2 to use values from casa 6.2 to compare against, as specified by John Tobin's comment "we likely need to adopt the values from CASA 6.2 (or the current CASA)" CAS-13832 only print the failing log lines
