  CAS-13324: msuvbin pipes are in place
  It works end-to-end with multiple channels and polarizations without barfing,
  tested on a few different datasets. It still seems to overflag substantially,
  with all the data disappearing after a couple of iterations of flagging. This
  should not be happening, and needs some further work.
