Add small data set to test concat with full polarzation
n08c1_swap1.ms and n08c1_swap2.ms are fragments of EVN experiment
N08C1. n08c1_swap2_swapped.ms contains the same data as n08c1_swap2.ms
but with the antennas in a different order. These data sets can be
used to check that concatenation of data with different antennas
correctly swaps polarization products and associated metadata.
