For CAS-12591, uniform-ized spwmap parameter documentation in calibration solve tasks: bandpass, blcal, fringefit, gaincal, polcal, and sdgaincal.
Moved the teardown in the spwMap test case to the teardown function
Add explicit import of mstransform so new test_spwMap will work in casa 6.
Revised test_spwMap to more-correctly test general use of spwmap, and to specifically test the CAS-12591 repair.
For CAS-12591 (on casa6 repo), fix extra spwmap call. Explicit unit test pending.
