Merge pull request #66 in CASA/casa6 from CAS-12833 to master

removed the test_listhistory from the CMake.txt file and the unittest_list.txt file
Copied the merged version of req_listhistory from the casa5 directory
Not all history was carried over, removing the old req script and trying again
Copied over merged listhistory script
renamed test_listhistory to test_req_task_listhistory
Modified test_listhistory to include the req test content
