Reverted some of the parameter changes to follow the review from Pam. The parameters in the plotms calls now follow the mapping of the previous parameters from plotcal.
Replaced symbolshape dot with autoscaling.
First version of converting plotcal calls to plotms calls. Removed subplot parameter Replaced iteration with iteraxis Replaced plotsymbol with customsymbol=True, symbolshape='dot' or 'circle' Replaced overplot with overwrite Replaced figfile with showgui=False and plotfile Added showgui=False to plotms call in step 4 Commenting out plotms of step 4 because it takes too long Did not check if created png plots make sense of not. This is only to see if Bamboo can run these tests with calls to plotms.
