Propagate the updated reference antenna list in the delaycal retry loop, clean up preexisting delay caltables, and guard against empty antenna lists.

Use list slicing instead of `np.delete` for refant fallback, clean up delay caltables on retry in testBPdcals, and streamline docstrings.
