Fringefit now excludes antennas with too few visibilities to be usefully solved for in a solution interval

Changed the fringefit least-squares routine to use modified cholesky method for factoring matrix
Added a handler for gsl errors to FringeJones.cc -

This works better with ill-conditioned matrices, they say, and in practice it averts an annoying crash on a test case. -
