The previous commit assumed that the mask name is alwyas
`imagename.mask`. This fixes it to also allow passing in a mask via the
mask='' parameter inside tclean/deconvolve.

Verified that when a non-zero mask is provided, statistics are
appropriately calculated inside the mask.
